About Me
I’m a primary school teacher with more than 26 years of experience working in schools across Australia. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep passion for wellbeing, and much of my professional learning has focused on helping people build healthier, more balanced lives. Today, I work exclusively as a Wellbeing Teacher at a primary school in Launceston, Tasmania.
My interest in wellbeing is not only professional — it’s deeply personal. After experiencing significant adversity in my childhood, I began searching for ways to better understand wellness and how people can truly thrive. Through that journey, I recognised an important gap.
On one end, we have the wellbeing education we receive at school and the support provided in many workplaces. On the other, there is professional care from psychologists, counsellors, and psychiatrists. But many people fall somewhere in between. They may not need clinical support, yet they know they could feel better, do better, and live better — they just don’t know where to begin.
That realisation led to the creation of Inner Evolution. It brings together years of research, learning, and personal growth, combined with my experience as a teacher, into a practical framework designed to help people build their own path to wellbeing.
Outside of my professional life, I’m incredibly proud to be a mum of three. Having lost my parents at a young age, being present with my children is something I value deeply. Most of my spare time is spent courtside cheering them on, or enjoying the simple things — walking in nature, gardening, or reading in the sunshine.
