At Inner Evolution, I support individuals, schools, and organisations in building stronger foundations for wellbeing.

With over 26 years of experience in education and a deep passion for helping people live healthier, more balanced lives, I offer practical and engaging wellbeing education through workshops, teaching, coaching, and consulting.

My approach focuses on reconnecting people with the fundamental habits, values, and skills that support physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Rather than quick fixes, my work is about building lifelong understanding and sustainable change.

Workshops

I offer engaging and practical workshops designed to help people better understand the foundations of wellbeing and how to apply them in daily life.  Workshops are interactive, reflective, and focused on simple strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
